Hey Norman,

Now I finally get to send you the promised feedback.

I met you for the first time at Darius Kamdeva’s “A date with you” event.

To be honest, I had never heard of you before. We knew Sergej and Freya from the live coaching sessions, but you were entirely new to me as a person. This was probably also because your lectures are aimed more at executives and managing directors. 😊

Your lectures over the weekend touched and inspired me the most. On the one hand, they were holistically oriented, and you also revealed a very personal story, which touched me deeply. In addition, you pack your knowledge with humor, which is very understandable to everyone. It is not difficult to follow you and listen intensively for a long time.

About your lectures, the following stories stuck with me most of the time: the one about the elephants in chains in the circus tent, the one about the disabled boy and his father, which was also in the media or, for example, like the wish-fulfillment in the universe actually really works. So the heart and head must match. Otherwise, the heart’s desire is always stronger than the head. Although I had also read the book “Orders to the Universe,” this crucial fact was not “revealed” or address, which is why it may not have worked one or the other time.

In addition, because of your authenticity, it was easy to believe what you said. You made a complete picture of everything and therefore left no questions unanswered for me in any area. What I personally always find very important is that I don’t leave lectures with more questions than I went in. You were very accessible as a person, and I found that very nice. It was as if I was listening to a friend and not a coach. Because you also pointed out / admitted your mistakes that made you one of us and not an “unapproachable” coach that exists.

The whole “spectacle” with the many women seemed to be a lot of fun to you because it also addresses the socially emotional areas more than giving a lecture in front of executives. At least, that’s how I imagine it. Therefore, it would certainly be another field of activity for you. I think you can celebrate great successes. Because not everyone can captivate their audience with authenticity, charm, and humor as you do.

Therefore I wish you all the best for your professional and private future. I look forward to seeing / hearing you again at one of your lectures.
