A few days ago, I went shopping with my middle superhero junior, Philip. Since I always like to walk through the world with awareness, my eyes caught a sign: “When someone puts stones in our path, we build a house out of them.” And underneath it, a construction company’s call for apprentices. Well, if there are stones in your way – move them. Just like that. Without anger or resentment. Just do it. That’s Karma 2.0.

Look, many people think that karma is something you carry from previous lives. That may be true in theory. However, I believe that this “carrying” doesn’t have to go back that far. For an echo to return to you, you first have to call something out toward the rock face. A mountain wall would never turn a friendly “Hello” into a gloomy “Goodbye.” It will reflect exactly what you send – in the same manner, in the same tone, with the same strength. And that’s exactly how karma works. Or, if you like, the law of attraction. Everything you energetically send out (in the form of feelings) will eventually return to you.

In other words: if you currently have a lot of stones lying in your way, then they’re only there because they are the energy returning to you in material form. Over time, the energy you’ve sent (your emotions) turns into tangible matter – whether through people who say or do something specific, or through objects like stones.

“Norman, what if I’m 60% positive and 40% negative? What will come back then?” If positivity were Fanta and negativity were Cola, then what you’d get in return would be a Spezi with a slight Fanta touch.

So, what’s the solution? If there are stones in your path right now, they are only there because they are a reflection of your past energy. Can you put on the blue glasses and be grateful for those stones? Because karma, or the law of attraction, works. And it doesn’t matter when or how those stones came about. They come from you. That’s a fact. And that’s all you need to know.

Take the stones. Take the challenges. Take the setbacks. Smile, learn something from them, and be excited for whenever in your future these stones, these lessons, will be of value to you. Just do it. Or as Anke would say: “Just do it. It might actually turn out great.”

With that in mind – have a wonderful week and lots of love heading your way.
